The New and Improved Illinois Green CAR Program

I took over as the IL Green CAR Environmental Manager in 2014.  My impression thus far is that the guidance manual is outdated, accounting systems for audit completion and payment are antiquated, membership in the program is unclear, and the benefits of being certified as an IL Green CAR are minimal.  My objective is not to badmouth other consultants, the program, or past IL Green CAR Environmental Managers.  My objective is to make the changes we need to make the IL Green CAR Program the best it can be.
