Elizabeth was raised in Hurst, Texas, but moved to Bloomington in 2014 to attend Indiana University. She graduated in May 2018 with a B.S. in Environmental Science. In December 2019, she will graduate with a M.S./M.P.A. with a concentration in Water Management from Indiana University.
Elizabeth has always had a passion for the environment but found her love for water resources in her undergraduate studies. She was able to explore this through multiple courses and internships. Most recently, she was an intern at the Marion County Soil and Water Conservation District. There she helped create a database for drainage complaints, compile research for a watershed management plan, and conduct erosion control inspections.
Elizabeth joined VET in August 2019. She is excited to be a part of the VET team and stay in Bloomington! When Elizabeth is not at work, you can find her spending time with her family, listening to a good podcast, or reading outside!
